My love for cooking began in Venezuela, where I grew up surrounded by a rich blend of cultures, traditions, and flavors. Watching families from different parts of the world bring their culinary heritage to the table and naturally weave it into Venezuelan cuisine taught me from an early age that food is a beautiful form of connection and fusion.

Inspired by my mother and nurtured through years of hands- on experience and cultural exploration, my journey continues beyond home. Over time, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in Peruvian gastronomy, a cuisine I consider one of the most extraordinary in the world. Its diverse landscapes, rich biodiversity, fertile soil, and deep culinary traditions create an environment where ingredients seem to carry a unique vibrancy and flavors.

Experiencing Peru’s food culture firsthand profoundly shapes my understanding of ingredients, seasonality, and the connection between land and table.

Living in Peru allowed me to explore Japanese culinary traditions through Nikkei cuisine. The fusion of Japanese techniques with Peruvian ingredients and flavors opened my eyes to the beauty of cultural exchange through food and further deepened my appreciation for thoughtful, innovative cooking.

Today, all these influences come together naturally in my kitchen, a fusion guided by intuition, seasonality, and emotion. I cook with present, care, and deep respect for the ingredients. I believe that food carries energy, love, and intention.

Cooking is what fills me, ground me, and inspires me. That energy is felt in very dish I create.

Food has always been a language for me, a way to connect, to care, and to create memories. I understand how important it is to feel seen and understood when planning an event, and my role as a chef is to listen deeply and translate your ideas into flavors, textures, and moments.

Every menu is a shared journey, guide by trust, creativity, and intention.

Cooking with intention, heart, and connection.

I believe choosing the right chef is about more than food. Its about finding someone who understands your vision, your story, and the energy you want to create around the table.
